Our Signature Monthly Networking Event
Coffee with the Chamber is our signature monthly networking event, welcoming up to 50 attendees. It’s designed to help members build relationships, expand their network, and support one another’s success.
Event Format
• Check-In & Coffee – Upon arrival, check in at the registration desk and pick up your name tag. Then grab a delicious cup of coffee and light refreshments and begin connecting with fellow members.
• Open Networking – Spend the first 30 minutes introducing yourself and meeting new people.
• Welcome & Updates (around 9:00 AM) – A member of our Board of Directors will welcome the group, followed by brief Chamber updates from Executive Director Angela Kubisky.
• 30-Second Introductions – We go around the room, and each attendee has 30 seconds (timed) to introduce themselves. Come prepared with your introduction so others understand who you serve and how they can refer you.
• Breakout Conversations – Small group discussions with icebreaker questions help members get to know one another, build trust, and uncover referral opportunities.

Be a great listener and consider taking notes. The relationships you build here can lead to meaningful collaborations and referrals.

IMPORTANT PARKING & ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR INDUSTRIOUS AT SHORT HILLS MALL
Please do NOT park in the outdoor parking area directly outside of Industrious / Crate & Barrel. That entrance door is locked, and there is typically no one stationed there to let visitors in.
All guests should park in the TEAL Parking Garage and follow the directions below carefully:
When you arrive at the Short Hills Mall, locate Crate & Barrel.
You need to pass Crate & Barrel on your LEFT side.
Immediately after passing Crate & Barrel, make the next LEFT into the entrance for the TEAL Parking Garage.
Once inside the garage, you will see signs for TEAL 1A. Continue driving straight.
Go all the way to the end and make a RIGHT.
Continue straight. You will pass signs for:
TEAL 1B
TEAL 1C
Follow the signs UP toward TEAL 1C.
You will begin seeing signs for Industrious. Continue following them.
You will then see signs for TEAL 2D. Keep going.
Continue following the Industrious signs and make a LEFT while still in the TEAL garage area.
You will continue upward through the garage and eventually arrive at TEAL 3D.
Make a RIGHT into TEAL 3C.
You will notice many parked cars in this section — these are typically Industrious members and guests.
Pass the elevator on your RIGHT.
When you see TEAL 3A, make a LEFT and park nearby.
Walk down the stairs, and you will see the entrance to Industrious.
Please note:
The Industrious entrance door may be locked. We are watching for arriving guests, so please be patient and wave at the door if needed, and someone will let you in.
